She had this planned out for him to kill his self even when he couldn't bring himself to do it she kept going until he did that is negligent
They kill themselves than they have broken the law as this is pretty much negligent homicide because she had a part in causing him to do it.

Talking someone into killing themselves is definitely against the law.
The worst part is she could have prevented him from killing himself and all she did was talked him further into it.
