No, cos the UK and Britain aren't the same thing, and there are lots of other countries that use English... I'm never happy, it's grand!

Yeps, that's cos herd immunity should protect babies til then. But only if enough other people are vaccinated so the diseases ain't around!
Well that's where herd immunity comes in. But we need enough kids/adults vaccinated for that to be effective til babies can get shots!!
