I'm sure you can. Having a goal and heading for it with confidence is the best feeling. I'm from UK and there I used stones and pounds and I've been living in Spain for 30 years and here I use kilos. lol my brain gets really confused. I'm starting this year 10+ kilos down from last year. If I can do a little better this year, that will be a win.I hope to get where you are and relax a bit. You've done really well!
My aim was 24lbs so 2lbs a month. I'm aiming for slow and steady and trying to be generally healthier with what I eat. Nice to hear you are able to ease off your restrictions now. That must be so relaxing - not having to think so much every meal!
I've lost 20lbs in 12 months .... sigh. I'm gonna have to up my game!

The scales obliged and moved a number down. That's 12 kilos (26.7 lbs) down since Christmas.
I actually looked up a recipe for this about 5 hours ago and made some. I wish I had waited until I had read this! Mine is ok but I didn't use quite enough pectin. Yours looks great!

Seeing various Heinlein books put forward here is making me SO happy!
I've read this multiple times. I love all of Heinlein - Except for the strange profession of Jonathon Hoag, which just disturbs me.
I read the whole trilogy and cried so much - I wasn't expecting to!

I was supposed to be seeing them live in Belfast on Tuesday. Didn't realise that there is now a law about having a passport that runs out in at least 3 months. Mine runs out in 2 months! Couldn't even check in! No flight, no Dead South. Much sadness. Here's me thinking an expiry date is a fixed thing!

I get you. I went to a new pool the other day and went to the steam room. A guy (with a huge tummy) turned round and said, " I used to be obese too" I can help you. You're really pretty but you've let yourself go." I wasn't quite sure how to react so he continued talking for 5 minutes and eventually I said I was too hot and had to leave. Sometimes people really really need to SHUT UP.
