In USA you can deduct $3000 of income tax because of capital loss carry forward. In both CA/USA you can carry the loss to offset gains

The issue with the logic here is that the current system disproportionately affects people with less wealth. We can tax unrealized gains.1/2

Talking to the board you could change policy that the aggressor would change classes. Normally they don't even say what the punishment was/
I got suspended a lot growing up. I didn't touch anyone inappropriately but the 1st suspension is always 1 day then it increases from there/
