Had to go from Währing to Simmering for work and now all the way back. I felt myself twitch at every little sound around me
We need to implement a better system for deradicalisation. That man was radicalized IN Vienna. It's awful, but the answer can not be hate
I correct my statement: As of now only 1 perpetrator has officially been confirmed. Possibly more on the run. Investigation ongoing.
I would agree and say: Yes, owning a gun is indeed an illusion of safety. Here in Austria, tons of us have guns. The tragedy still happened.

It's time we citizens of Vienna get past our multicultural differences and hold eachothers hands during this time. Our home is under attack
A lot of people I know, including myself, are also scared to leave the house for work tomorrow. I hope this tragedy doesn't spread further.

As someone who this kind of thing happened to, it feels like someone just shut you down. Your body is not yours in that moment /
Trauma can stop time and break you completely. As someone who went through it too, I sincerely wish you the best on your healing journey.
The fault lies in our culture, which allows those judges to do shit like this without consequence. We also don't teach people about consent
Nobody is attacking you or calling you out, dude. If you think this is about you, maybe you should take a second to think.
The ones that are like: "didn't happen to me, so it's probably not happening to anyone" I know people like this and it makes me sick

Seek professional help. It's the best thing you could possibly do.
It's more complex than that. Many people don't even know what could possibly make them happy.
Possibly, it's deffinitely worth seeking proffesional advice/help.
I can imagine it being agonizing to ponder over, but please understand that it's not your fault. 4/4
All the love in this world couldn't have stopped me then. I got lucky. Looking back there is no one to blame but my mental illness 3/
I have wonderful friends who love me and care for me, but I still tried to take my own life just 3 months ago 2/
