Check out my albums: https://akuda.imgur.com/ I'm 28, employed and a mostly responsible adult. I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up. I post stuff that makes me happy (but I have a strange sense of humor). Feel free to send me a message if you're bored or interested in talking to a stranger. I love books, I go through 2-5 a month. Feel free to ask for any recommendations. 01101000 01110100 01110100 01110000 01110011 00111010 00101111 00101111 01111001 01101111 01110101 01110100 01110101 00101110 01100010 01100101 00101111 01100100 01010001 01110111 00110100 01110111 00111001 01010111 01100111 01011000 01100011 01010001

Well anytime I forgot about it and didn't immediately turn down the volume on the speakers everyone in the house knew.

I only remember the pain it cause me.

Again we aren't talking about the tiny minority of dirty cops. Even they would have to cite an actual violation true or not, to arrest you.

Praise due process and a jury of our peers then. I don't see how dirty cops factor into it being a crime, it still isn't.

For it to be harassment there would have to be a victim. Also, it would be hard to show how simply shouting "fuck" incites violence.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Even in that circumstance you would have to have been doing it in a harassing manner or with the intent to incite violence.

You would have to continue after an officer said "Stop or I will arrest you for disturbing the peace." then you are committing a crime.

I will tell you I don't agree with much of what my government does. But I greatly prefer it to the alternative. No country is perfect.

Not the impression I got. To mock someone you have to actually tease or scorn them. You've done neither and can't figure out what to say.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mens_rea You must have both mens rea and actus reus to be guilty of a crime. Due process and all that.

Oh man, stellar argument.

I mean if you want to move goal posts we can do that all day. I thought we were standing on a street corner. Now we're broadcasting "fuck"?

The crime is in the intent. If you are doing it to incite violence or in a harassing manner then yes it is a crime, but that must be proven.

What will it do? It will get you strange looks, you might get the cops called on you because it isn't normal behavior, but it isn't illegal.

Shoot even Canada doesn't have freedom of speech.

Wife and I had separate accounts for the first 12 years of our relationship. We now have a CC together though so things are getting serious.

Here you go, that will be $150. Let me know when you're ready to Paypal me the funds.

Also how many children have you adopted?

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

It's not as simple as you make it sound. Fostering is the fastest route but bio parents can still swoop in and quash any hopes of adoption.

How many orphan's have you given a home to?

That and our health care costs aren't regulated in any (meaningful) way.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The shitty part about the US is that even at 55% it wouldn't be enough to have free healthcare. Our whole system would have to change.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That makes sense. Very similar to our "standard deduction" in that the more you make the less impact it has (for obvious reasons).

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In the US we have a standard deduction which works out similar. It's $12k for single and $24k for married.

I'm can't find consistent info about the income tax there. Looks like 542,282dkk ($84487.48) is the top bracket at 56%-61%. Might be wrong.

I personally pay $154/month for a family of 4. My wife's cost is about $250.
