It's definitely a Larson, I have this same one in a book (The Unnatural Collections). The caption is "Scenes from Dinner on Elm Street".
Well, luckily - or not - that gets you your new flight. Unfortunately, (at least stateside) bureaucracy tends to eat up timely requests.
I'm guessing that you cna be transferred to any line that's registered in the EU if your flight's delayed over 5 hours.
