There's a time and place for everything.

I wake up naturally every 2-3 hours or so. On a normal night I'll be fully awake probably 3-4 times. Had to throw away my smartwatch as it just made me nervous. I've been like this for as long as I can remember, so I don't need it to tell me that something is wrong. But I do get a happy-buzz whenever I see that I still have plenty of sleep left hahahah.
