Hey person. I'm a game developer, space lover, and the kind of person who reflects a lot on consciousness and whatnot. Very happy to be part of this cool community!
What IDE / Program is this? And on what OS? I dig it.
That’s very nice of you, I used a Celestron NexStar 5SE telescope and a LUMIX DC-G100 camera :) there’s also a ring adapter that joins them.
I do this every night! The solution is listening to Daniel and Jorge Explain the Universe (podcast). ?
Thank you!
Awesome use of noise! I've only ever used perlin/fractal/voronoi. Where did you find the algorithm?
My favorite and most difficult to believe fact about our solar system is that all planets (even Pluto) would fit between the Earth and Moon.
Is that Flexo I see to the right of Zoidberg? Truly unique and inspiring style. Great work!
as 2D game dev, fascinated by the effort and optimization that went into this style of game.
Ty! He's great ?
The starting speed, always take the exact same time to travel back to the center point once released.. physics is cool.
Although I've heard it repeated many times, it finally dawned on me when learning how grandfather clocks work that pendulums, no matter 1/2
I like this one
Genuinely laughed
Fantastic. As a game dev, I dream of having something like this as the setting for a major city. Is there a name for this kind of art/style?
It was a dental filling joke
I say the product and website look fantastic. There's surely a market out there for people who want beautiful computers like these.
Agreed! It's also a lot more comforting than the 'heat death' theory where the universe essentially just burns out and succumbs to entropy.
You got it!
Created another post and mentioned this in it. Thanks for the comment!
You bet! Thanks for the feedback.
Posted a new one not long ago. Thanks for the encouragement! I love putting these together.
Did another post with that nebula just because you mentioned. Check it out! :)
All the best :)
I feel I should say that the color is added with additive filters, and from what I understand - is usually close to what you might see.[2/2]
Thanks for the comments! Yes I probably should've mentioned that the photos themselves aren't captured in true color. However... [1/2]
That makes me so happy to read. Truly a subject with endless amazement. Enjoy!
Fantastic.
I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like something I'd really enjoy! I'll do my best to try it out soon. Thanks for the suggestion
This comment means a lot to me. Thank you for the great attitude and hospitality.
My first gif reaction. What an honour!
