The Quit Smoking one. I’d check but she donated it to the clinic we have at our work. I sincerely hope you make it. You’ll feel much better and smell better too. It wasn’t until I quit that I realized how bad smokers smell.
I vaped and stepped down on the nicotine until I got down to 3 mg and then threw it away. Haven’t looked back. My wife used Allen Carr’s book. You smoke while you read it and then once you’re done with the book you no longer want to smoke. Fucking witchcraft but it worked for her.
I quit smoking five years ago after smoking 2 packs a day for over 30 years. I’m free from them and your freedom awaits. It’s very liberating.

Maybe not man. I’ve been at the same place for 22 years now. But you’re right. None of my personal stuff is tied to my work email.

I don’t like to actively wish harm on anyone even the Tangerine Shitstain but I will enjoy reading his obituary.
Lighten up Francis. It was a joke about Dune not an invitation to criticize our parenting. We cleaned the both of us up and he had some water before he went to sleep. He’s fine. Not our first rodeo. This my ninth grandchild. Go be concerned elsewhere.
