Legal Adults Thats probably true. But there are "Informed Consent" clinics that don't require therapy for HRT, just attendance at 3 meetings
I've chatted with individuals who had to wait 6 months before they could even get to the therapist.
Tthe wait times in the UK have their own problems. I've seen a number of suicides because of the wait in the UK for trans folk.

Depends on the location. I am trans and work with other trans people and its not Always the case. That said, stigma against therapy is bad.
That said... They (and myself included) need therapy as much as everyone else. Reducing the stigma around therapy would help everyone out.
Thats not entirely accurate. I work with trans people in various locations and in the US there are multiple methods of getting HRT.
Definitely much larger roles. But with Satellite design we do account for gravity pulling unevenly across a structure (in orbital dyanamics)
