I'm happy for you, but oh my goodness, I hate this. Not at all your fault, but when the labor market pushes well overqualified folks into lower paid billets, nobody wins. All it perpetuates is short-term hires that can't be counted on to stick around. When I have hiring authority, I almost always prefer someone who on paper is maybe a little under qualified compared to other candidates but shows ownership and tenacity in their interview. Those folks can grow!
Software engineer here: the problem is the UI/UX design coupled with a bit of laziness. The math probably will loop infinitely - mod 12 is not a hard concept. The limit is placed on the display itself to prevent it from eating memory, which may be a global policy irrespective of the contents of the list.
Thought that was going toward an Expidition 33 cos play there in the first half.

As a software engineer, I agree. The delays are things we don't know how to quantify (without mo' time/money). Representing them as a 3rd dimension is brilliant. Someone needs to build a common-ish widget to do this and dump it on GitHub!

Has anyone else accidentally used the "wrong" one? I did at a conference once... 3rd day in, no sleep, too much caffeine. Janitorial staff walked in on me. I didn't realize my mistake until then. I just quietly finished drying my hands and walked out. Staff smiled and went about their business. What the heck is the big deal? I'm lost and confused and clearly do not understand...

I'm really trying to like it and let it grab me, but I'm just... "meh...". Pretty? Yes. Technically impressive? Not really. Great gameplay? I'm getting bored after 10 hours. Gripping story? Not that I've seen... suffers from side quest bloat and therefore lack of focus. Your mileage may vary...
