With everyone else. You're trying to keep quiet when you need to scream. Stop turning the problems inwards, especially when it was never your fault to begin with. As lightning demands the thunder. You need to demand more. Scream, fight, rage, get as much as you can out every time you feel it because you never needed death, what you needed was catharsis.
And that right there, the self harm, the dismissal of others, that feeling under your skin that makes you feel dirty, like there's something wrong with you that others can see, it's all your mind trying to force something out but you can't figure out what it is, so now it constantly feels like you're pushing against a brick wall, going no where, you're trapped inside and the waters rising. All because you're still trying to calmly get through it, trying to paddle your boat down the river /3
You need to give yourself that much. Because no, it's not fucking fair, it's not your fucking fault, and you fucking deserved better. Grab a baseball bat, head out into the woods and start swinging if you have to. What ever it takes. It has to come out or its going to create a wound that won't ever close and nothing will work. As someone who was (trigger warning) sexually abused every day for 6 years, while being bullied, spat on, pissed on, beat up in school, so bad that his parents had to pull him out of school only to send him back to his abuser for a few months. Not once have i wanted to end it. If i can give any advice, it's this realisation that has kept me going: Depression, shame, all of it, is simply anger either you or someone/thing else isn't allowing you to feel. /1

As someone outside the US, it's very clear that career politicians will just do what ever it is the people who voted them in wants. In republicans cases, you wanna keep your job, then do what the Christians want, then after that it's about keeping the people who paid for you happy. This goes for both sides of US politics. It's just about money, that's it. No grand scheme or plan, it's just money. All of it.

If they were, then companies and media wouldn't feel the need to align with the republicans so often and run the dems out of town. It's not as black and white as people make it out to be, and frankly I'm just done with the red vs blue, Pepsi vs Coke, Chevy vs Ford battle both parties pit all of us into. It's not healthy.
If the Republican party actually had good people in it and used the tax dollars and money created to help with public utilities and needs, they probably wouldn't get kicked out of office so god damn always. But they don't, so they do. Companies love them, but the pubic doesn't, if the party could find a middle ground they would be great. But again they don't, so they aren't. Equally though, the Dems need to be more facilitating of the rich.
The weird thing as an outsider though is, the republicans seem to do this, but they never spend the tax money earned, then claw back on utilities etc. Where as the dems want to tax both the companies and the rich individuals, which doesn't work economically as the companies will just move elsewhere, but will spend the tax dollars on public utilities and general public well-being which is a big plus
Essentially countries are supposed to be in debt, that's how it starts. The country minted its own cash then took a loan from that mountain of cash that has to be repaid. However, this means that concessions have to be made for businesses that make that country money, tax the individuals less, but tax the companies more. In turn using that tax money to help those tax paying companies to do a lot more for a lot less. Which then brings in more money to be taxed and bam.
They do it here in Australia too, essentially one party saves all the money by holding onto as much as they can and not spending anything. This is a bad thing. But they advertise it as "look at how much we've clawed back our debts" and everyone claps. This then sets a trap for the next party where they have to immediately begin spending again, this is a good thing. But the previous party starts to advertise "look how much the dumb party is putting us in debt".
