This looks amazing. I got an A1 for Christmas and even for a bed slinger I was blown away by the quality. That said, I opted to send it back when they were recalled, and I'll be getting a P1S once my refund has processed.
That's called a purge tower, it helps the prevent the colors from bleeding into each other. Whenever the printer switches colors, it prints a bit on the tower. It's not strictly required, but it ensures that all of the previous color is out of the print head, and that the new color is primed and ready to go.
I know this one, it is not. PLA starts to warp around 140 degrees. The wash cycle is usually 130-140, but the dry cycle can get as high as 170. Also, FDM printed items are generally not considered food safe, as there are small gaps in the layers that can trap and harbor bacteria.

Thanks! I used an Ender 3v2 for smaller parts and a CR10 S4 for the big stuff. GST PLA+ for all but the purple, which is Overture silk pla.
Took a week to figure out why the lights were so dim. Also they tried to charge us for the baseboards when we moved out.
I moved into a place once where the landlord removed the baseboards to paint but not the glass domes over the lights.
