Yeah they're doing pretty decently. The silver lining of having a corruption scandal is that it means someone was caught.
Had the biggest corruption scandal in the world (financially speaking anyways). Cleaning up the mess smoothly-ish. Things are looking up.
I honestly don't think Sam is even there yet in the books, your guess is about as good as mine. I'm sure he'll get plenty of scenes though.

If captain america's view to just have everyone rely on their own moral compass didn't have plot immunity, it would be considered insane.
Which sucks because iron man's the most sensible choice. Am I supposed to NOT want forces of nature like the hulk registered and controlled?

I solved the problem by being illiterate. I can only write these two sentences.
