Considered "permanent" or that is being sold with the home cannot be altered. If you suspect this, report them to the MLS and IRES. The (2)

Used to work at a theater during this time. I have so many of these posters it's ridiculous.
Used to work maintenance at an apartment complex and we did this all the time. As long as the snow isn't super heavy it's way easier.
No safety cable or strap? Somebody must be new to rigging cameras.

It's possible she did it with her voice but the angle she was holding it at and where it broke makes me think it was bad glass + gravity.

Resolve is awesome. Been working with it since it was just a color grading tool. But I'll admit, it's not as powerful as AE or Premiere.
