It's from a Serbian tv series "Happy people" (ironic title) and it's grandma of the family yelling about her nickname being Riska, from full name Ristana, then she rhymes it with "chaos (vriska, yelling, argument, chaos) is about to begin", meaning she's getting angry.
also the tribe knows he's not immortal and that story is only for the foreigners

Someone took 2 adults and 2 kids last time they didn't attack. Adults died from lack of immunity. They returned the kids, but islanders 1/2
