I helped in a training for a search and rescue k9 unit. I had a small cloth, swabbed my neck a little, then they told me to go hide in a building. Silly me thought going around the building a bit then out the back and sitting down on some grass would be enough. (Still within bounds of course.)It's been years, I don't remember the time it took, but it was a very fast hide and seek.

I read that in Steve Martin's fake French accent. Then imagined it pronounced in Japanese and my brain is a mess of dialects and pronunciations

The corporation is the evil part, but most emplpyees at the lower levels genuinely care. The actors at Disney deeply love what they do. I know and have known several actors there (specifically California) and they love telling stories of how they made the parks a magical experience for people, especially children.

Some people are sensitive enough for that. As in if I use a knife to spread peanut butter on my bread, I better not put that knife back into the shared peanut butter jar.
Daily reminder for hourly workers in the US. If you don't get a full 30 minutes duty free (uninterrupted by any job duties whatsoever, no exceptions) then you must be paid for the full time.
