No, we haven’t. We incurred the “initial cost” no “additional cost”. That’s my point. There is no “tank money” that can be spent elsewhere.
That’s why I said “no additional” cost, point is it’s not a police expense. PD budget has no effect on then obtaining these vehicles.
To be fair, none of those are tanks and like 90%+ of these vehicles are acquired by PD’s at no additional cost to taxpayers via mil surplus.
