The post misrepresents what this does. It's bad, but not in the way described. A bond must be issued with the injunction to enforce the injunction. It can be a nominal $1 bond if the courts want to just check the box. BUT. What this *would* do is invalidate countless OLD injunctions that didn't have bonds when the injunctions were issued.

Also, everyone voting on the bill should be required to read the entire thing and there should be a mandatory minimum amount of time between the time the bill is presented and when it's voted on based on how long the bill is. Something like 1 week per 100 pages. An no last minute revisions.

The already corrupted supreme court ruled unanimously that the president isn't allowed to disappear people to El Salvadorian concentration camps without due process, he said "agree to disagree", and their response was "well, we tried, but that's the best we can do". There was then zero consequences and the news media moved on.
It continues to shock and bewilder me how many people act like the US is not presently a fascist dictatorship in light of this horrifying reality.
