Chicen in Lemon-Crème-fraîche-Sauce

Fry 300 g chicken. Put it away. Fry half an onion. Add 1 dl chicken broth, let it thicken a little. Add 100 g crème fraîche and three tablepsoons of lemon juice. Let it boil, then simmer and add 1/1 teaspoon corn starch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water. Add the chicken, season (salt, pepper, thyme) and let it simmer for 4.5 minutes.
