Yeah. My "accessories" for meat/red meat are usually something fried potato something...and red wine. ^_^

The steak looks a bit overseasoned. Some people like that, I think it overpowers the beef. Looks cooked perfectly tho.

I dunno, matter of perspective I suppose. I'm fond of this creole seasoning, so I decided to try ti out. Doesn't seem to overpower the beef.

Creole seasoning is my default spice for steaks. I just think there's *too much*. But again, some people really like that.
