The show pretty much is past its prime. Early seasons where great. Later seasons not as much. Least that's my opinion.

Season 11 with exception of the finale was actually pretty good again. But yeah S1-5 is the best part.

The show is pretty good - the brothers die a lot, and then come back to life like every season, but it is still decent.
