Not letting the transphobic laws of nearby states infringe on the safety and decency of a child's bodily autonomy, nor a parent's right to support their child or children's decision to transition. I mean, if you haven't been paying attention the last 8 years, Republicans want to make being trans illegal, and they're willing to sacrifice as many trans kids' lives as it takes to make it happen. Trans kids deserve to be protected from weirdos like that.

But, it's either move, or get stuck in the south if the fascists take over, I'm on disability, so when they cut that, I'll be stranded, so no, fuck that!
I will be homeless, but I won't be on the streets as there are more than a few shelters, and I grew up on the great lakes, so winter does not scare me, but before I move I'll contact the various services and try and set up something beforehand, as I don't plan to move there blind!

I am lucky enough to know that that isn't true. I am generally satisfied with the level of care I received. They're imperfect people who were raised by further imperfect people and so on. If my dad was disappointed in something that I did, he would tell me, I would fix it, and he would say "good job!" It's like completely free, feels great and lasts a lifetime. But in case anyone is taking this shirt literally, do not use a knife to protect trans kids if you have the choice. A decently heavy stick or pipe will do a much better job, and they're also easier to use properly. Though if a knife is what's handy, obviously that's fine.
