Made after my experience with Solo queue...
WTF is up with the blind dating solo queue in Counter Strike: Global Offensive. How are you expected to rank up with the massive amount of trolls, smurfs, mic-less and just plan assholes in this game? My answer, Squad Builder. A place you can meet random players of similar rank and vet them before committing to 45 - 90 minutes of teamwork.
This isn't completely done yet. I want to mock up a vote to kick system. 3 Strikes and you are out of the Squad. Also maybe some preferred weapons filters so you don't end up with a team of 5 AWPers.
Any feedback is welcome and I'll add more to the mock up in the coming days.

I dont get what you are saying. I am talking about trolls who join solo queue just to mess with people. I am not talking about the unskilled

Welcome to every online game ever. Pubs will be pubs. Not a bad suggestion, but definitely not a problem exclusive to CSGO.

Definitely not but that doesn't mean they can't help fix it. I doubt this would take a lot of resources to implement
