I got nothing to say. You can draw your own conclusions from this.

Why are they using the word deport??

American is no longer the #1 country. America is No Longer the Land of the Free. America is a Shit hole thanks to these Right wing Nut Jobs

10 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well, I was planning to demonstrate tomorrow anyway, this just gives me a little more impetus.

10 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

You're damn right you "got nothing to say" because you know DAMN WELL this is NOT the rage bait you were hoping we wouldn't see through. GTFO. Crockett is not a magat snowflake in disguise like you are.

10 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

Judging by these comments most people fell for it. Rage first, ask questions later. Or don't even go back and ask questions. Just move on to the next thruthy rage bait post

Just call the prison camp what it is. The US Auschwitz.

10 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

You can't deport a citizen from their own country. This is called exile or rendition.

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In our current administration, you just call it something else. Problem solved.

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The holocaust started with deportations. Every GOPer, every voter, every registered Republican right now? They're Nazis to me.

10 months ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

See, Germans have a word for someone who joined the Nazi party because of immigration fears, economic woes, or for basically any reason.

10 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

That word is "Nazi." You see a Nazi? You fucking punch a Nazi.

10 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

So I don't have an IG account, and the title here is confusing, so maybe someone here can answer. Did they vote to allow US "citizen" to be deported, as in a specific person who is a citizen? Or is it US "citizens", plural, as in all of us?

10 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

As someone else posted, the Dems proposed an amendment to ban the deportation of American citizens and Republicans blocked it.... https://www.salon.com/2025/04/30/batst-crazy-dems-float-unsuccessful-amendment-to-bar-ice-deportations-of-us-citizens/

But no one is sure if this is the story being referenced, but it is dated today.

Probably a foreign detention camp like guantanamo

El Salvador.

10 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Is there an actual bill number or just a rant on a paywalled website?

10 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Fuck that it's time for war. Sweep the house clean.

You'd be the first to piss your panties on the front line.

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 8

They voted against a democratic amendment that disallows funding for deportation of citizens. Not sure of the wording, but this reeks of a gotcha amendment. This isn't the same thing as *voting to deport citizens*.

Just like they voted against adding language to the safe act to guarantee married women the right to vote even if their names are changed. They vote against it because they plan to do it.

10 months ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 2

So, they voted against a safeguard which would have blocked deportation. Spin it all you want, but this is the same as voting for deportation.

10 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Ahh, yes, the "gotcha" of "Don't vote to allow money to be spent on deporting Americans." What a "gotcha"!!!

10 months ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 4

The language matters, because nothing makes a person's argument deflate like using bad information.

It’s not deportation. It’s exile.

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Is there a source for this that isn’t Instagram, Facebook or whatever? Something covered by a respectable. news outlet that writes things down.

I don’t engage with the big social platforms. IG straight up won’t let me watch the link without an account.

10 months ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 2

I don’t have an account but was able to watch it 🤷‍♀️

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You can read the actual bill language they considered today. I linked them in another comment at /gallery/eT5cFdy/comment/2456294523

My husband is an immigrant. Should we just leave before he is deported to god-knows-where? Probably, but with what money? We're screwed.

10 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If this had happened in the 40s the GOP would have been lined up against a wall and shot.

10 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He’s already been deporting US citizens. A House committee voting in favor of it doesn’t really matter.

10 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Can I sign up to be deported to the UK? Or maybe Switzerland?

10 months ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 3

What made you think the people being deported get to choose?

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As if we would get a choice. Trump wants el Salvador to build more concentration camps.

10 months ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Great place if you like hanging out all day in nothing but your boxers... in a cage, with like 100 other sweaty guys in nothing but boxers

I was thinking Finland, every poll says they are the happiest place in the world... and I would be proud to be a Suomi citizen

10 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Yksi kahvi, mustana. Kiitos!

10 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Learning the language would be a bit of a challenge for me but probably worth it.

10 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It is much easier to learn a language when you are immersed in it... that being said, 70% of the Suomi speak English.

That is literally how the Nazis framed what they did to the Jews to get them to the camps. Dachau and Auschwitz originally started as deportation camps. When they couldn't figure out where to send them from the camps, their solution evolved into the Final Solution. Make no mistake, this is rapidly evolving into Genocide.

It appears to be an artist named Rob Jacobs, but there appear to also be a few Rob Jacobs, so it's hard to pinpoint out a link to their page...

I didn't read the whole thing and find it, but it should be somewhere in https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/judiciary_recon_xml.">l.pdf">https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/judiciary_recon_xml.pdf or https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/judiciary_recon_ans_xml.pdf

Not as far as I can tell. All it ever mention is "criminal aliens". My understanding is that if a person is here legally (work or school visa or temporarily for other reasons) and they commit a crime then they are subject to deportation. Anybody else see something different?

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Who decides they did something illegally? They can deport whoever they want and ship them off to become slaves or worse.

10 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Um, the law. It's kind of written down in a few places.

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Wow! Did anyone tell Trump, the convicted felon who regularly ignores the constitution and defies the courts???

What the fucking hell...

10 months ago | Likes 240 Dislikes 9

It's the part of the fascism where they don't even attempt to hide it.

Nobody is coming to save us.

10 months ago | Likes 95 Dislikes 0

Then it's time we save ourselves and our country. Fuck the fascists.

10 months ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

Some would come but the USA has thousands of nukes and an army that isn't questioning orders. So there's the big problem. If the army would defend the country from those fascists it would be a matter of days to regain control.

10 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

No shit cunts. Pick up guns and molotovs and cleanse the place. Hurry the fuck up before your civil war becomes a world war.

10 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

This is just rage bait. They didn't vote to approve an amendment proposed by Democrats, because of course they didn't. Is it good? No. But it's not what the post says.

10 months ago | Likes 86 Dislikes 21

Oh, ok, dems proposed an amendment to block financing of deporting americans and that was blocked.

10 months ago | Likes 58 Dislikes 1

During the German Nazi party's rise to power and infamy, there were no shortage of reasonable, intelligent people warning us of the danger of exaggeration, and who sought to reassure us by pointing to established law and precedent.
(There was also no lack of malicious actors feigning reason to deliver misinformation.)

I feel like there is a lesson that we need to learn from that.

10 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

and here we have the totally not a republican telling us that we are all overreacting and to just calm down. you are just as bad as them.

10 months ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 14

Being angry is good, being angry at the correct people is best

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No...this story is being deliberately misrepresented to try and provoke engagement..or possibly violence, which would justify the use of military force against dissent. Do not do this bullshit.

10 months ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 10

they are already trying to kill us, they are already deporting people to concentration camps, and you want us to just sit on our asses. another worthless complicit.

10 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 7

I mean... they also voted against adding language to the SAVE Act to guarantee married women the right to vote even if their names are changed.

If they're against adding a safeguard to prevent something bad from happening, it's a pretty safe bet the bad thing is on purpose. Elsewise, why bother voting against the safeguard?

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Peep the top comment literally calling for people to go out and kill right now.

This is why they have guns too. To fight tyranny.

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I'd join an army. But I am far from being the right person to start one

10 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Not everyone has what it takes to be a sacrifice.

10 months ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 3

Willing or unwilling are the only real options at this point. If done willingly it can at least be on the person's own terms and they have time to prepare.

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yeah, sure, but everyone is gonna become a sacrifice as time goes on.. good luck "United" States. Keep it up.

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So instead of being a Luigi you're a Farquad?

10 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 19

Nah, everyone can, might, and probably will hit that point of desperation eventually.

10 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 5

All I'm saying is...I would've shaved my eyebrows.

10 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

Needs to be a guy wearing those upper body suits that make em look like an Asian idol with really good make up, they can just remove it after the fact

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, you need the black Panthers... You need to be a black Panther... We all need to be. Your police are militarized and now legally allowed to do _anything_ Defend your neighbourhoods and your community like they did

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Will they let me, a blue eyed white man join?

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Well, given the Panthers don't exist anymore, and you'd be starting an org with a similar structure designed for the same purpose, to protect your community FROM the pol/ICE. So yes, you most certainly would be able to. Just, when you start it, try to pick a name that is just as cool.

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So, if you are serious, start joining community groups, or start them if there aren't any. Connect those groups to each other, organise, work out how to congregate en masse around schools or neighbourhoods when ICE are spotted. We can't do anything alone, but despite 50 years of the politics of individualism we need to remember that humans were NEVER supposed to be purely individuals, we die without community, either from the inside out, or a jack boot

10 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Also, to be very clear, when I say find community groups, I do NOT mean ones that are built around small glass rectangles that fit in your hand. If it isn't safe to take to a protest, it isn't safe to build a resistance movement on

10 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Your comment seems to exemplify the mentality of the American People. You get mad, you say something needs to be done, and then you all wait for anyone else but yourselves to take action. This is why other populations rose up successfully and why after 8 years, Americans haven't done shit about Trump or even their children getting murdered all the time at school for even more years. Nobody is coming to rescue you. No miracle being served on a silver platter. You Americans need to get the fuck up

10 months ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 13

Needs to learn from France...

10 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Because doing what needs to be done is literally a life ending decision. You can't blame people for struggling to make that leap till things are exceedingly desperate.

10 months ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 3

I'm not "Blaming" anyone. I'm drawing comparisons between the American People and the other populations around the world. It was never meant to be comfortable or easy for anyone. Everyone has jobs to maintain, bills to pay, mouths to feed. They were scared but grew a spine and rose up anyway because they knew it'd only get worse if they didn't. For all the bluster about "Home of the Brave", the world is seeing the true spineless colours of the American People now, and we're all paying for it.

10 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 17

Because it reached a point of desperation if they started actually fighting.

10 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 5

How was it not a point desperate enough for the American People when they watched their children be gunned down in school all the time? How are the Americans the ONLY People on Earth who were able to normalise something so abominable? My country never had a school shooting once and if we did it'd be a national tragedy remembered for decades, while for the Americans it'd just be another Thursday. This is the kind of complicit inaction I speak of which seems unique to the American People.
