Not as far as I can tell. All it ever mention is "criminal aliens". My understanding is that if a person is here legally (work or school visa or temporarily for other reasons) and they commit a crime then they are subject to deportation. Anybody else see something different?

I'm not "Blaming" anyone. I'm drawing comparisons between the American People and the other populations around the world. It was never meant to be comfortable or easy for anyone.
