MRW my girlfriend of six years leaves me suddenly. I'm not quite sure how to handle this.

I don't need Imgur to hold me, but maybe some advice for how to move forward from here. It's been a long time since I've felt like this.

Drinking is a double edged sword.. be careful when your doing. Because becoming dependent on it is very easy.. I know from experience

Everyone leaves eventually, some walk, some are carried out. Accept that she's gone, life goes on. Get outside your head for a while.

Soldier on. There's no cure for a heartbreak. Keep your head up, no matter how much it sucks, you'll heal... In time.

Depends on your driving emotions. If angry, play video games that let you kill monsters/aliens - not humans. 1/?

If sad, distract yourself with a lot of things that require logical thinking. If frustrated, go for a walk. Etc. 2/2

I haven't seen my family since we moved to Dallas about a year ago. I miss them a lot, but she took so much stuff and it'll be hard to save.

Not really at this point, her and I did everything together and I'm more of an introvert (surprise) so it's hard for me to talk to people.
