Depends on where you live and what you have access to, but even the smallest things like keeping yourself informed and spreading the news and showing support are important, and don't let trolls tell you otherwise. Joining protests is great if you are able to do that, or trying to find people near you with whom you can network and support each other. And always keep your phone with you and be ready to film evidence if you see these bastards. There might come a day when it's useful in court.

I do not know what that is like, not having enlisted myself, but military people often end up in the service industry, of which I'm a veteran. They like structure but they also like the chaos inherent in the biz (I mean I like it myself, shit shift goes by quicker) but maybe you could try to step in as their leader? Tall ask but I mean I'm hail marying this shit. Not asking you to go out with guns just asking you to go out and help anybody, anywhere. Bring your expertise in things like 1st aid
