Alright, so a demolition company is taking down an old dorm at a nearby university and they managed to accidentally drive an excavator over some loose ground and fall into the basement. That's kind of off on its own, but whatever. No, where it gets great is this quote from the news article:

"The owner of the demolition company was driving the equipment when the collapse happened. He told the paper it's not the first time something like that had happened to him."

That's why it's a demolition company and not a construction company. Any accident is still in the job description.
