Rump steak with sweet potato, broccoli & pico de gallo. Made up some avocado crema with 150g of creme fraiche, half an avocado, juice of one lime, a teaspoon of honey and a shitload of Frank's hot sauce. Macros included in the last image
You can see a little blip in my progress here in January/February when I broke my pinky skateboarding (I'm 36 btw, do you, boo) and couldn't cook for myself properly. If you're trying to lose weight I cant recommend cooking for yourself enough. I bought a £15 ($20) scale with accompanying app to track my weight.
There are a ton of them but I got Renpho

I use my fitness pal to track my calories in/out.
Recently upgraded to premium as I suspected I wasn't getting enough protein since I started lifting weights about 8 weeks ago. I was waaaaay under what I thought I was and I've almost doubled the volume I can lift in a session since I started tracking my protein intake. I've found that tracking just my calories to 2000 a day and my protein to 150g a day minimum keeps my carbs and fat balanced without needing to track everything to the gram.
I'd have added way more sweet potato but I only had two small ones left.
Almost at my goal of 76kg ahead of schedule. I'd given myself a year and its looking very achievable. The crema is included in the macros but got cut off in the screenshot
Other changes I've made to boost calories out:
Cycle to work at least once per week
Beat saber, thrill of the fight a Les Mills fitness on oculus quest (any of them, whatever I'm in the mood for) at least 3x per week for minimum 30 minutes, lifting weight started out low to learn technique and quickly started adding weight.
Oh and stopped smoking weed every day, the munchies hit me hard every single time, without fail. This was actually the hardest part after being a daily smoker for nearly 20 years

There are strains that do not give munchies.
TheFakeRickSanchez
I'm yet to find one, even the ones that are advertised "no munchies". It's not easy to get your pick of strains in Scotland unfortunately

That sucks. I personally hate the munchies so I have a few go to one's that I like.

Been using what they call Stardog. I don't get the munchies. Quite the opposite really. Not much choice from my Glasgow dealer.

I've tried it, pretty much everyone has stardog recently eh
