I'm editing this because I'm realizing there may be concerns. He is panting like this because he was chasing around a new toy that I made him. I took an old golf shaft, attached 6 feet of fishing line with a fishing lure (hooks taken off) at the end. He is obsessed with it, and will chase it around until he's exhausted and starts panting.
