When you can't work on the thing you wanted to work on

You had your heart set on doing this one thing on the weekend. It would be challenging, but interesting. Then a wrench is thrown into it. And you spend the rest of the weekend with pent-up energy that you can't get rid of, b/c you're a single-minded person that wants to complete the task in front of you before moving on to the next.

I envy folks that can just "put down a project and pick up another then come back to the other one". Like, what kind of super-human magic is that?!

This is why I buy in bulk! If I ever need something, I ensure I'll never need it again

You can order parts early so they'll be there when you have time to do the thing, but then you end up with a lot of parts you never get around to using. If I could have the money back for all the stuff I bought and never did anything with, I'd be in a much better place. Not recommended.
