I know. Sword swallowing is a real skill that took me years to learn, Balloon swallowing is a trick. I like her version though, didn't know there were variations where you can reinflate the balloon.

The Youtube video explains the first part of her trick. Looks like she has an inflator in her hand when she "pulls out" the balloon - she hides her mouth when she "grabs" the balloon and has her hand tightly clenched on the end of the balloon, which makes me think there's an inflator tube hidden up her sleeve.

She blows it back up using a hidden device in her right hand. That's why she's holding the end so awkwardly and also why her sleeve doesn't lie in the bend of her arm when "pulling it back out". Like most things stage magic, it isn't a regular balloon. It often has a fake end, and a deliberately placed hole.
It's not _that_ difficult a trick, but so much easier to learn in person

Some can do it orally, some use small pumps hidden on their body.

In the video, when she is swallowing you can see how where there should be a knot, it's just open. Then when she pulls it out, that opening is inside her hand, blocking the camera, with a long sleeve too. The pump would be running along her arm, and inserted into the balloon opening inside her hand
