What so you mean? it's already an option with user profiles. U can sort by worst/oldest. It's the same function. It'd take 5 min to do

Not really. It's just ordering number values. It works good to bad. No reason it wouldn't work bad to good. Still shows the same data.

I think it encouraged bad behaviour. People would flock to the worst/bad comments to pile with on the offensive comments
