Feeling good.

I lost some weight by eating healthier, no fried food, no meat (well fish) fresh veggies and fruits. I stopped drinking soda, which was tough because Ale 8 One was delicious. I slowly lost 45 pounds in six months, my goal weight is about 50 lbs away.

High five! I've lost a lot of weight as well and it feels great. Now I just need a girl to share my sex drive with instead of my hand.

Proud of you, I chose to eat a little healthier and increased exercise. I feel wrong wearing exercise pants unless I am exercising.

Ale 8 One is amazing. Too bad I can't find any in Colorado

I lost 6lbs in Nov but was a baby & did the opposite the first 5 months. Finally fucking like rabbits again...very tired and horny rabbits.

Just put all my weight back on 6 months after losing it. Do everything you can to keep it off!!

I read that as "sleep drive" for some reason, and was confused.

Congrats OP. Speaking from experience, it's no lie when they tell you you'll feel better after shedding the pounds.

@op you can eat also boiled chicken (without skin) and beef without fat (also boiled not fried...)

Basically cut shuggars (carbohydrates) as much as you can from your diet and limmit fat consumption. Avoid any fried foods. Fibers are good

Slowly lost 45 lbs in 6 months?! We have different definitions of slow, but congrats.

Larger people tend to see big losses early because of unusual dietary changes or increased exercise. 45lsb is slow but easily sustainable.

Depending on what they weighed to begin with, that's a little less than two pounds a week. That's a totally normal amount.

I've pulled off losing 76 pounds in 5 months, but I also started at 371 pounds. Maintaining around 1300-1600 calories per day and exercise.

Fuck yeah! Don't worry about a goal weight, just keep living healthy and feeling better. Inches are more important than pounds.

Baby steps

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No motivation need it. Just change some things out like drinking more water, fresh veggies and fruits..

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Baby steps is right, trust me.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Using motivation to lose weight is like trying to warm your house with a fire cracker. Discipline is the key.
