#1 - Tulip fields, holland
Apparently everybody is crazy about dutch flowers so they just have a fuck-ton of tulip fields.
#2 - Marble caves, Chile
Located on lake general Carrera/Buenos Aires. Rocks can be pretty cool when they're blue and yellow and shit.
#3 - fields in spring-time, South Moravia
Somewhere in the Czech Republic, just a bunch of fields. Pretty cool I suppose.
#4 - Yushan national park, Taiwan
Named after the highest peak in the area, the summit Yushan. This picture is giving me vertigo so I'm going to move on.
#5 - Great big fucking volcanic lightning storm, Unknown
Yeah that's right, volcanic lightning storm. If a volcanic eruption and a lightning storm weren't frightening enough some bright-spark decided to put the both together.
#6 - Virginia falls, Glacier national park MT
I had to be very careful to write that name correctly.
#7 - Angel falls, Venezuela
The world's highest uninterrupted waterfalls (979 metres). The waterfall drops over the edge of the Auyantepui mountain.
#8 - Lake distric, cumbria
Yay, finally some earthporn from Britain. Have to say however excited I am, I will probably never visit it. Who needs to see it when I can just google it?
#9 - Cave of three bridges, Lebanon
This waterfall only drops 255 metres, pft why even bother?
#10 - the aurora borealis, Yellow knife Canada
Apparently its a pretty cool place to see the northern lights, it would also be a great place to get high.
#11 - Waitomo glowworm cave, New zealand
This bioluminescent light show is thanks to loads of glowworms.
#12 - Mount Fuji, Japan
Japan always wants to one-up the rest of the world, so it has hula-hooping mountains.
#13 - Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia
A big ol' salt flat (4,086 sq miles). This one is actually pretty neat, at the right angle the surface can create a massive reflective surface.
#14 - Mount Fuji, Japan
The mountain decided to put a rest to its hula-hooping career and now just bleeds loads of flowers.
#15 - Maroon Bells, Colorado
These are two peaks in the Elk mountains, hehe two peaks.
#16 - Isle of Skye, Scotland
Yay, another from Britain! After like an hour of doing these I've run out of witty comments.
#17 - Pan-american highway
A network of roads about 19,000miles long, spaning from Prudhoe Bay, USA to Ushuaia, Argentina.
#18 - Mt. Hood, Oregon
This is Oregon's highest mountain and is located about 50miles east-southeast of Portland.
#19 - Thor's well, Oregon
Sitting at the edge of the Oregon coast this is just a massive sinkhole.
#20 - Torres del paine, Chile
A national park in southern chile encompassing mountains, glaciers, lakes, and rivers.
#21 - Meteora, Greece
The building imaged is the holy monastery of Rousanou, the largest and most important complex of Easten Orthodox monasteries in Greece.

Hey, for Thor's Well, where does the water go? Does it feed into a river?
Awfended
Yeah it feeds into an underground river that leads back to the ocean. :)

#8 The Lakes District has definitely been upgraded. Has the UK started importing glaciers now?
spottedick
I wasn't actually too sure about that one, but Britain definitely used to have glaciers hence all the glacial formations they have left

Why's it called "earth porn" again? Stop putting porn in front of everything.
psupride
You mean behind everything
01010111011001010110110001100011011011110110110101100101
It's in front.
psupride
That would make it "porn earth"
forresthopkinsa
Awesome post! I love these. But on a related note, can we PLEASE all agree to stop using "porn" as a general term? It's pretty silly, right?
