That one might actually have been useful too, depending on how thick they left the blade. If it is too thin, tool steel wil break, not bend

Wrenches are good metal; no need. Railroad spikes on the other hand make shit knives. They are just fun to work with.

right, but I've seen people make railroad spike tomahawks, and they take high quality steel and shove it on there for the blade
