My ez recipe: 2 lbs. stew beef, 3 large potatoes cubed, 3 carrots sliced, 2 celery sliced, 2 packs beef stew mix, 1/4 cup flour. 1/2
2/2 - 2 cups Guinness beer (or water). Stir well and cover. Put in 250F oven 3-4 hrs or until beef and veggies are tender. Stir every hour.
