Off with his head!

Hey Canada, Australia, Mexico, Brazil and other interested nations: You want a nice deal on Dutch products? Now's your chance!

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Forget about spare parts for Airbus aircraft. Forget about Legos, MRI equipment, high quality surgical instruments, automobiles, jet engines, Danish furniture- Americans are paying out the ass for putting a child barbarian in charge of their economy, security and standard of living- and they're doing nothing about it to stop the bleeding.

2 months ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

A big part of the problem is that the president isn't supposed to be in charge of the economy. Trump has been overreaching on tariffs and using mob tactics to try to manipulate the federal reserve, but the GOP-controlled congress has little desire to hold him accountable (because they are either idiots themselves, or they think their voters are) and the supreme court is now blatantly partisan.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Or don't forget the secret third option: These fucklechucks all are getting richer from every insider deal his magic 8 ball economics creates.

Yeah, honestly mitä vittua

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

can't wait for that dumbsterfire of a failed empire to go down in flames. Sorry for all the good guys, though, perhaps they should take action bf it is too late.

2 months ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Eh, Trump is basically going to start World War 3 soon. I imagine many of us here will eventually die when you have to do bombing runs to destroy our war infrastructure anyway ... Or pretty much everyone in the world dies when the nukes fire.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Anything to distract from those files, eh?

2 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

And Americans will pay the price.

2 months ago | Likes 267 Dislikes 1

We've already been paying for the military that keeps the peace and the major source of all aid until now..... what's heaping a little humiliation on all that? Im fucking done. I'll just go work until I die now. Gotta pay for Israel's bullshit.

2 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

The military that keeps the peace! BWAHAHAHahahahahah!

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah sounded straight outta national geographic or some corporate propaganda brochure

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The best part is that a huge fraction of the imports from Finland is lined up to be icebreakers. For arctic security. So yeah, that's a nice unplanned addition to the coast guard budget.

Wow. Trump will keep punishing his own citizens with crippling tariffs until the whole world bends to his will!

The fact that the USA just cant rein him in or get rid of him proves the 250-year old "experiment in democracy" has come to a conclusion of utter and absolute failure.

The USA can never be trusted again. Ever.

2 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Yay, the President of Peace starting a trade war again!

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You guys are gonna be so pissed when you find out who makes Ozempic.

O-O-Oslimquick.

Every day, I’m increasingly more embarrassed by my own country.

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

As an American, please boycott American products

2 months ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Our local supermarket has a "world aisle" that stocks awful American "candy" that's about all I can think we have here, it doesn't sell well, your biggest cultural export is TV and movies. Which lets be honest, is very hit and miss lately.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Great, now what's MeeMaw gonna put her sewing supplies in now that Dansk Cookies are going to be too expensive?!?!

2 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Real talk though those are some fucking amazing cookies.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Something smaller as her sewing supplies will also be more expensive.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

So, Europe has in the last week signed historic trade deals with India and the Mercosur area (the latter creating the largest tariff-free trading area in the world). I think we'll be okay.

2 months ago | Likes 139 Dislikes 0

Also new routes and strengthened ties with Canada and such...

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is hoping. I mean, the US government under Trump are working so hard to let the USA slip into economic oblivion, Europe should definitely try even harder to benefit from that. Let the USA sink, we shall rise.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The EU is far more reliable and stable in its contracts. Sure, tariffs against other countries are a European thing as well, but they're NEVER willy-nilly and random.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Living in Europe, I will make an effort to avoid purchasing any US-made products whenever possible. Anyone want to start up a European version of Amazon?

2 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

In germany there is otto.de. They pretty much are an european version of amazon, a platform with lots of 3rd party vendors. they probably ship everywhere in the EU.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There are already quite a few alternatives to US companies and services ( https://www.goeuropean.org/ ), but it'll be a bit of a way to go to replace it all

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

For Belgium and the Netherlands we have Bol.com, but little expensive but a great alternative

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The merc thing is still very much not a done deal tho, a lot of eu farmers are pissed about it and not all members agree with it.

2 months ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

I really dont get why these kind of things are done in winter. decide them during harvest season so there is actually something at stake for the farmers.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, it's not been ratified yet. But the majority of members have already voted in favour, despite all the protests. While I sympathise with the farmers, I do think this needs to happen.

2 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Are they actual farmers or like the ones in America here that cosplay at it?

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Actual tractor driving farmers blocking roads and stuff

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That doesn't say as much as it seems. Quite often, these smaller farmers are pawns used by the big fish in the industry. Often against their own interest to protect policy that benefits the large corporations. "Farmer" is like "middle class" a term that is so simultaneously inclusive and exclusive that it is used to obscure what's going on.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

EU farmers are always pissed about something. Sometimes more reasonably, often just as useful idiots for large scale industrial farming corporations.

2 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

In many cases they've also been infiltrated by Russian agents

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

No need for Russians. And no need to make russian intelligence a bigger boogeyman than it is.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

May not need them but they have been found

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

german here. just to remind you, we dont pay those tarrifs, americans. YOU do.

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

A sadly significant portion of my country would be real mad if they could read right now

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Do none of his dipshits entourage know the difference between sanctions of tariffs?

Fuckface McChildfucker is like *beCAusE yoU WOnT GiVe Me GrEenLAnD OUr cITiZeNS wiLL pAY MoRE for YoUr GooDS*.

Christ will someone please fucking shoot that guy FOR REAL. Center mass. Face. The ole Kirk special. Kidneys.

Anywhere fatal really.

Or plan ahead and use a 338. Then it really doesn't matter where you hit him as long as you hit him.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Damn, Canada should have sent soldiers too, it would have lowered our tariff rate.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

DENMARK. GAVE. US. LEGO.

2 months ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

And Ozempic.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oooh, Denmark could give it his lifelike image in the form of a lego statue, trojanized.

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

If they make them the gold-colored Lego, he would definitely keep it close.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

We can barely afford those before the extra tax.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And if we thought they were edpwnsive before, wait till the tariffs hit.

Gonna be a lot of angry man nerds.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*expensive. Sorry. Trying my phone life without autocorrect. Still retraining finger pointing accuracy:)

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He seems not well.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's it no more LEGO for Americans.

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Now you’re just hurting the geeks and nerds like me.

Oh wait I’m in Canada so 🤷‍♂️

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Tariff deez nuts, assclown.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The people voting for him was expected after the first time, the people i am real mad at were the fuckheads that didnt show up and just let it happen.

2 months ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

Voter apathy is obviously a huge problem in the USA, but the people I'm most mad at are those (also republicans) who allowed republicans to break our election process almost a century ago in 1929, guaranteeing future illegitimate presidencies like this one.

Overcoming voter apathy could have kicked this problem down the road, but please be assured: republicans have been a minority with no legitimately elected presidents for over three decades.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I saw a poll today saying 2/3rds of americans are concerned about what he's doing.

Maybe 2/3rds should have voted against him then.

2 months ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Nah idiots just voted for him. Some sat out but no idiots in this country straight up voted for him. That's why Nevada, Michigan, Arizona Senate races were won by Dems

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

As someone living in Michigan, we're probably going to go GoP for 2026 Governor and Senate seat.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Governor yeah unless the legislature can quickly pass ranked voting or run off. Senate I'm not seeing it

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I honestly think he still doesn't understand how tariffs work.

2 months ago | Likes 577 Dislikes 3

Just like he thinks asylum is insane asylum.

Stroke out already you piece of shit.

2 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

He knows how tariffs work. He doesn’t do things for the American public, or to make anything better for anyone, but Donald.

2 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

And his friends that have paid him money.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Really? Do you HONESTLY think that, because I don't. He knows exactly how they work. He doesn't give a fuck. Unfortunately the bulk of his voter base very possibly doesn't understand them, and blindly believe all the shit he spews

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

He is so unpredictable. That doesn't work on the international stage.

Oh, and he's vindictive...

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't think he also realizes he's just strengthening our alternative trade routes and that no one in any of the list countries really care about tariffs anymore.

We've all moved away from US supplies and have all survived pretty fucking well.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Neither does anybody here, based on the top comments on these posts. It absolutely, 100% hurts the US consumer, but it also is objectively bad for the countries it's levied against.

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh, he does. But more importantly, he understands that his base doesn't.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The EU is seriously considering implementing the “Anti-Coercion Instrument” (ACI) part of EU law.

Should the EU use ACI on the US then would mean everything desired gets shut down. No more physical goods transfer, no more intellectual property sharing, no more parents trade.

Billions would be wiped off the economy.

The EU uses ACI. The US is hurt.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He’s an ignorant cunt so what were you expecting?

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Orange logic: Tarrif = Terrific. sOUndS aBOut tHE saME. riGHt?!?

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The list of things he does understand is much easier and shorter:
1: bribery
2: rape
3: fraud
4: pedophilia

2 months ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 0

Not necessarily in order

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

5: murder

McDonald's

2 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Just because he does them, doesn't necessarily mean he has any clue about them what so ever... Just look at his presidency.

2 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

And lying.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He doesn't. His owners do. All of this is intentional.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That was clear day 1. They want to bring production back to America, tariffs would help with that IF you had a plan and had already started building production facilities stateside. All he did was slap tariffs on everyone and drive up prices for Americans.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The thing is though. Even though it is American consumers that eventually pays the bill it also hurts to countries targeted by these tariffs. Because of import tariff companies will buy little bit less competitive product from a country that Trump isn't in trade war with. So pretty much the worst dictatorships you can find.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Easy 3 step plan.
Step 1. Impose Tariffs.
Step 2. ?
Step 3. FUCKING IDIOT!

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This could explain why Liberal PM Carney is sitting on the sidelines over Greenland. The potential for additional punishing tariffs will cause more suffering for Canadians and he's surely anxious to avoid antagonizing Trump. While he's uttered words of support, Carney has yet to pledge so much as a patrol ship or platoon from CAF in support of the Kingdom of Denmark. I wonder how an old school Liberal like Jean Chretien would have handled this?

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or the role of president of the United States.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same goes for a lot of other things

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You gotta fund your gestapo. What better way than another tax that your fan base will cheer on? Not to mention the sweet benefits of market manipulation

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

IMO he thinks Americans buy everything and the world is a shit hole factory. By making Americans buy less impacts other country profits. They should be thankful we're rich and buy their stuff

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Perhaps a diagram would help.

2 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's pretty clear the only thing he understands is how to line his pockets with money, literally everything else he is clueless about. And unfortunatly were all paying the costs.

2 months ago | Likes 92 Dislikes 1

"I do thing, I get money. Now I do tarriff thing, people pend money, I get money. Is how world work."

I don't care that this sounds Russian in my head.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And the US "can't afford" to refund the tariffs because he moved that money in an offshore account.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

He did bankrupt a casino, so he isn't even good at that.

2 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

From what i remember the casinos might have very well been a front or a grift and the bankruptcy was intentional/expected

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

But casinos are miney making machines. If done right, a casino will give you a great, dependable income for years and years. Unless you're a greedy cunt grifter that needs a quick buck to cover your other financial failiers/grifts

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He hasn't learned a new thing since 1986

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm convinced of it.

2 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He knows how they work. They work like a protection racket: Pay me or I will trash your store.

2 months ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

More like "Pay me or I'll make Americans ay me a cut to buy from you."

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You may not fully understand them either because it's more like "Pay me or I will trash my own store"

2 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

he only cares about him though. He honestly believes he is entitled to everyone's money and land. That's it. Everyone has money, he wants it. Everyone has land, he wants it. He knows he's insulated by his position since the government is footing the bill for his life, and he knows that he won't live long enough for any consequences to come around, so he gives fuck all about anything else, other than raping children when he can.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You seem to assume he cares about US citizens. It will hurt trade and generally hurt both countries involved but as long as he gets his way it is fine for him. In other words: He is playing with your money and will keep what he wins and you will lose when he loses.

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

It would hurt other countries if USA had something unique that can't be bought elsewhere.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

So, like, is the Supreme Court going to do anything with that ruling on his tariffs? I know they will probably allow it, but at least we'd know.

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

They will keep delaying the ruling. They know siding with him will be bad, but they know siding against him will massively disrupt the economy.

So they keep delaying keeping the tariffs in place

What I don’t understand is why doesn’t he get congress to codify the tariffs by vote and make them “official and legal”

Not that I support tariffs. Just wondering why this hasn’t happened

2 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

At some point, our economy is going to completely collapse anyway, and regardless of how they rule, at some point, all 9 of them will be executed together. They may as well make some sort of ruling.

2 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In the bowl of pudding he calls a mind, that would mean he can't do what he wants when he wants to, an unacceptable check on his mob boss power.

2 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Because,Except for Mike Lee, tommy tubbervile, Cindy Hyde Smith, and the senators aren't actually idiots.
