Yup, when my son was about this age he made the same noises his grandpa made when getting up, it was adorable. He still does it years later once in a while. It's a nice little easter egg
Hahaha I when I was 15 I started making dumb noises when getting up to make fun of my dad and I just never stopped. I'm 32 now and sometimes they're genuine
My friend taught her cousin's kid to vocalize "Womp WOMP" like a trombone when someone makes an embarrassing mistake. He did it to his teacher in class and got sent to the principal's office.
My niece has started asking why I always *make* watch old movies instead of new ones. I told her she would find the new ones herself. But I don't make her watch the old ones I put them on, and she is hooked. She did complain that Karate Kid didn't have music from John Williams. But she had decided An American Tail would be good when she saw Spielbergs name.
I often think of my great uncle telling me a neighbor boy who was about my age could drive his truck and trailer because he had been driving since he was knee high to a grasshopper. I was about 8 or 9 at the time.

My oldest granddaughter started walking using her kids broom as a cane. She also swipes my cane whenever I prop it against the wall.
