I think if you take all the fentanyl that was seized and carefully split it up so that you've got the minimum lethal dose, and administered it to people all at once, you could kill the 258 million people. Except that the lethal dose is probably listed as LD50, which means statistically half of the people would die, so they didn't even get that right. If instead all the seized fentanyl was taken in doses spread out over time, it is likely the death toll would be only in the hundreds.

The DEA reports that the US was seizing roughly 10,000 kg of fentanyl a month up until December. Under Trump, that's fallen to 1,000 kg of fentanyl a month.
