I have one of those, except we use it for the dog because he tends to want to go out exploring super far and then he doesn't have the energy to walk home. He's only a chihuahua so it's easily done. Got the idea from a woman up the market who uses it for her 17 year old chihuahua.

When you order it, it gives a simple how to guide. Basically wrap it around like a belt with the open parts going forward. Cross it over your chest and drop each side over a shoulder. Cross it behind you and bring it to the front around your hips. Tie double knot and load kitty!

Cars are meant to be athletic animals. For many of them, it wreaks havoc on their metabolism to be stagnant all day.
Cats need at minimum a cat wall and lots of interactive play with their human. Especially if they don’t have a sibling to wear them out.
Even better if you can leash train them and go on walks. Not every cat can handle that though.
And a doctor to get metabolism labs.
