Oh come on civil war has been out for a week

I preferred CA:CW to Star Wars Ep7. Even tho, let's be honest, it was an Avengers movie not a Captain America movie.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Not really. The plot is driven entirely by Cap's actions and decisions. Everyone else is reactionary and thee to service the Cap/Bucky story

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Found Spider-Man a bit annoying to be honest

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 5

Now I guess I don't have to see the movie?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Porn has spoilers too tho

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Can you move your seat up?

10 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

No.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Zack Snyder should fucking kill himself. Maybe that's a bit harsh. Zack Snyder should clean toilets for a living.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

You went 100 to 0 real quick. Where do you buy your brakes?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Civil War was a billion times better than BvS!

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

The line right before the "Tony" one was straight up Tiny Rick.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

civil war just got spoiled for me... goddamn it

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

"You can never trust a Stark"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Spoiler Alert!

10 years ago | Likes 148 Dislikes 4

Holy fuck... That was a lot of spoilers.

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Honestly I could have a plot explained to me, and I still wouldn't get the spoiler, yay for being dense...?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Too late.

10 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

like fucking mad spoilers

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

Some dick on Twitter ruined it for me in an unrelated discussion a week ago :(

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I agree on the joke thing, but I just thought Batman v Superman was a more enjoyable movie.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Working at a call center...best joke was "Hey, let me put you on hold."

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well I now no not to go on to imgur when there's a movie I want to watch.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You should have known from the very first panel that there would be spoilers and the first panel spoils nothing.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I thought the best Civil War joke was Spidey calling out Cap on his shield's adherence to the laws of physics.

10 years ago | Likes 291 Dislikes 0

Mmm...that was ok

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Same!

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Especially as it came after Captain threw it, it bounced off nothing, and returned to his hand.

10 years ago | Likes 92 Dislikes 0

I thought it was the water truck

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The only comedic thing in BvS could be said to be "I thought she was with you" Literally it.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Perry White said something in an amusing way at one point and I remember laughing out loud.=

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

what about when Batman rescues Martha? he says "im a friend of your son", which she replies "oh i see, the cape" or something like that

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's clutching at straws a bit but ok..

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

romanoff's little paranoid retort was well done

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Remind me which one that was?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Anybody ever tell you you're a bit paranoid?" "Really? Did someone say something?"

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Watch your back with this guy...there's a chance he might break it

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

I'm hoping that's a reference to something big and red in our future.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Hawkeye says that. When Tony goes to that prison...and so on

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I think GandalfTheCrunk was alluding to Ross turning into Red Hulk

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

With how they're setting it up, it's not too far-fetched.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well rumor had it there would be some strong Rulk hints and happen eventually, we will see it in time!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

People aren't complaining about property damage in BvS, its that batman not only killed people but he killed a LOT of people.

10 years ago | Likes 72 Dislikes 6

Superman threw a guy into a wall at Mach 1 then immediately said "I didn't kill anyone!" to Lois like the lying, mopey twat he is.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is also Batman at almost the very end. He's already older and obviously has already dealt with crazies. The cops are even scared of him

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Snyder might not be a smart man. He thinks the issue people took was that a lot of people died in MoS, rather than Supes' apathy to it.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

I kept saying this and people called it collateral damage.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Did he? Inconceivable!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I could almost forgive him being a killer vigilante if his MO wasn't BRANDING THE FACES OF HIS VICTIMS WITH BAT SYMBOLS.

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

yeah idk what the screen writer/director was going with this.. totally off character

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fun fact: the only Batman movie where Batman hasn't killed someone is Batman and Robin.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Mask of the Phantasm too

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nope: 1966 too

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Instead of showing his parents dying again we needed to see Robin getting killed, the moment that pushed him over the edge

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I thought they held off on that because it would play heavily in his solo film, still hoping for a 'under the red hood' live action movie!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We'll see that in the Batman movie, maybe even some references to it in the suicide squad movie as well.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Isn't the collateral one referring to man of steal and how superman destructed a heap of buildings fighting zod

10 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

It is, but reading comprehension is hard

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't understand.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The post itself says Man of Steel then the guy tried to talk about Batman vs Superman's problems instead of paying attention.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was making a joke about the reading comprehension.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Man of Steal" sounds like a really shit Japanese port of "Thief"

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Eh, i get that people didn't like BvS but this is kinda wrong.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 6

How is this even remotely wrong?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I agree the motivation in BvS in this post is wrong

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I agree with many of these criticisms but I would be interested in hearing why you think they are wrong

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

The twist is Batman realizing that Clark was raised by human parents and isn't an "alien". It's a humanizing moment for Supes.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

If he would have cry saying "If I loose they're gonna kill my mom" is just so simple, more humanizing, and a better twist than "Martha"

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

Yea he straight up freaks out at the word Martha. "Why would you say that name?!"

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Because he thought he was talking about Batman's mom instead of Supes. It made him pause long enough to think.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I didn't like the film at all, but I should stand up for that "Martha" part.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Sorry, but the best joke was "who are you?"

10 years ago | Likes 221 Dislikes 3

The dual post kiss head knod in the car

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There was a few best jokes in it.

10 years ago | Likes 61 Dislikes 1

Tony Stank.

10 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

'Think you for thanking of me' was my personal favorite

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Ant-man and Starlord have something they can bond over.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I ship it

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Other than their snazzy helmets?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Thot black panthers response to print was cool

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

*clint

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I thought it was when they took one of Cap's most iconic lines and gave it to a minor character (although I do like her character)

10 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 5

Sharon Carter's kind of important to be fair. I think she brainwash killed cap in the original comic? Maybe wrong tho

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Well they sorta gave it to Peggy if you think about it, who isn't exactly minor in the MCU

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Neither is Sharon who played a pretty big role for the rest of the movie

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sharon Carters speech at Peggy's funeral about "no you move" was done by Cap in the comics.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yeah but I thought re purposing it to proved motivation for Cap in his stance on the Accords worked really well

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I can see that, but having him say it as an original thought would have solidified his conviction to the viewers much more

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But see, that's the purpose of that scene. Its hearing that last bit of advice from Peggy THAT solidifies his conviction in his stance. 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's the moment where he decides he can't compromise his beliefs and sign the accords. 2/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Which line and character?

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

The eulogy speech about not moving. Originally said by Cap, in movie said by Peggy's niece

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Ah, okay. 'Def a cool line.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

What villian is that with superman in 'the twist'? Is that from b vs s?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It is from Dawn of Justice. It's actually Batman in armor. Adapted from their fight in Dark Knight Returns

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah. It's Batman is super mech armor. The deal is that as he's about to kills Supes, Superman pleads with him to save his mother, which 1/

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

shows Batman that there's a human side to Supes he never thought of. A lot of people misread it though as Batman being mindblown by their 2/

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

mothers having the same name. 3/3

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh i completely got it, i just think it was god-awful writing that made them fight/made them best friends

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Completely true. But a lot of people seem to focus on that one thing which they keep misinterpreting. They don't mock how quickly 1/
