Yes, HBO was part of the deal. But as far as we know, they have no plans of folding HBO's streaming service into Netflix. So far, it looks like they'll keep them separate, so you'll still need to pay for two services despite them being owned by the same company. Who knows though, it's still very early, so that may yet change.
