Shot a box of 460 S&W magnum once, forearms were sore for a few days. Worth it for the dragons breath at twilight though.

Shot one of these with all three loaded, LC was nothing, cassul was pretty real, 460 hurt like shit. They had a 500 nobody shot it that day.

Once you work with it, build up the resilience to it, it's pretty manageable.
