My 10 Week Challenge

Every year my work does a 10 week weight loss competition, I lost 53 pounds to win the competition and the $1000 prize money. Pound of fat is 3500 Cal. 3500 * 53 = 185500. 185500 Cal/10 weeks = 18550. 18550 Cal per week/ 7 days per week = 2650 Cal per day (1/2).

Sorry. Not possible. 5lbs/week of fat = calorie deficit of 2600 calories/day. Most people dont even burn that much total let alone a deficit

No, if you stay in Keto you hit numbers like that regularly until goal weight, then slowly reintroduce certain carbs to maintain.

I've done keto. If a person doesn't have a large amount of weight to lose they only lose the normal 1 or 2lbs a week. It's not THAT magical.
