Me too. But. I also look it up to see what's REALLY going on, because... internet hyperbole. Ex: Fallon's show has not been cancelled. They have a problem that they admit went on for too long, probably due to some folks who tried to hide the problem, especially from Fallon. He's been made aware of it, and now they're dealing with it. Pretty different story from what the memes convey, huh?

Factory I worked at promoted the workshop boss to factory boss, and he tries to boss around my boss. Little did he know that they had the same rank, both working directly under the owner. My boss was responsible for all the electrical stuff, so if anything happened to that stuff, him and the owner would answer to investigators. Other guy didn't try to boss him around after finding that out.

You're allowed to like someone's work without liking them. If we canceled everyone who ever did wrong, we'd have nothing at all. Just learn to separate the work from the person (in cases where the work and the scandal are not directly related), and maybe don't support them financially if you feel strongly about it.

I liken it more to taking the bad with the good. If you have a person who's a gifted artist AND a terrible person, realize that one dies not cancel out the other. This works in both directions; being a gifted artist does not make a bad person a good person, nor does it erase or overrule their transgressions. But being a bad person does not invalidate an artist's skill or ability; it doesn't turn harmony into discord, or creativity into banality. You simply have good art from a bad person.
