Thomas was reported missing on Monday and may be in the area of Decatur, AL. She is white with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She is 5’5” tall and weighs 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a flannel shirt and black leggings.
The TBI says Thomas may be in the company of 50-year-old Tad Cummins. Cummins is a white male who is 6’ tall and weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
Cummins is believed to be armed with two handguns and driving a silver Nissan Rogue with Tennessee tag 976ZPT.
A spokesperson for Maury County Schools said Cummins is a former teacher at Culleoka Unit School. He was suspended last month due to a sheriff's department investigation.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Thomas or Cummins is asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND or the Maury County Sheriff’s Department at 931-375-8654.
