He Isn't Finding Any

Democrats are too busy being smug about genocide being a red line for their voters.

yes, if anyone the military needs to take these guys into custody and put them on trial IN A MILITARY COURT. now more playing silly games with the civilian courts that have a bias because of who appointed whom. Swift and clear military justice in needed and an expeditious execution for their treasonous actions.

I'm gonna go ahead and file this under "yeah, no fuckin shit" and "nobody will ever enforce this"

The Constitution can demand all it wants. If Congress refuses to act it's powerless. The analogy I've been using is this is like an autoimmune disease, where the mechanisms that are supposed to protect us have turned against us.

Trump and his gang break laws as they please, and the rest of the world looks on in horror, like a rabbit facing a snake. If it were a small banana republic, everyone would condemn this regime, but the USA is 'too big to fail'. So everyone is waiting, hoping to get away with limited damage. This cannot end well.

But it won’t.

Wouldn't it be easier to grow a spine and remove felons from the ballot?

Where's all those folks back in the day that kept saying "they're building a case! Give it time! They have to make sure it's air tight!" Drawing shit out didn't work. Waiting for court cases didn't work. Waiting for the govt to impeach didn't work. The fuckers in charge again, and the rule of law doesn't matter when it's not enforced. The people have to strike and hit them in their pocketbooks. Fucking w their money is all they listen to.

Yeah, print this out and keep it in your wallet in case you're pulled over, good idea.

Do not under any circumstances expose electronic equipment, computers, or vehicles to caustic or corrosive chemicals. If these chemicals are sprayed into the equipment they can cause severe damage. Common household chemicals like chlorine bleach or pool chemicals can be particularly damaging.

So all that bullshit about the constitution for all those years just wasn't real, huh?

it's like money: a piece of paper is only worth something if you're willing to enforce it.

Yeah, based on convict Trump's actions, he should have been ineligible to be sworn in under the 14th Amendment Section 3. But, here we are.

It's like watching parents outline really strict guidelines their kids is supposed to follow while everyone watches the kid set fire to the house and punch the parents in the face for the 4th time that day. And all the parents do is point to the rules and go "now junior, this says you're not allowed". Meanwhile someone needs to lock the fucked up in juvie.

Have 1 million people shot up to the white house with automatic weapon

I think the only way to remove a president is if they are impeached by congress and convicted by the senate. You would need to pick up at least 4 seats in the senate and 4 seats in the house to do it.

But even then it would just be Vance taking over....

I can't find the part in the Constitution that says when a military coup is required

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 26

It doesn't mention that, obviously. The closest we can get is probably Federalist #28, by Alexander Hamilton. What he advises, in general terms, is that the various states collectively decide to oppose the central authority. Which is pretty much how things played out in 1860; the slaver states formed a coalition and attacked the federal government, at which point it became a war.

Trump is performing the coup; the military is obliged to comply with the Constitution.

the sad part of that is that the current administration is flat out laughing at your conclusion. There has been no attempt to follow laws and there wont be any.
