Well, at least we know we can trust what they say

this is tragic funny. Whats full on tragic is research show Americans have the most expensive health care in the world, with piss poor performance. So if America when universal healthcare route, the cost to Americans would be less, than the current system.... Funny what happens when you remove profit from the price and allow the US government to negotiate medicine prices. (yes congress made price negotiations on some drugs illegal, because shareholder profit....)

That $217,390 for apartments for homeless people will just about cover the repairs when they move out.

plus they know there will be price gouging at home. we always pay twice for every bad decision Washington DC makes

They refuse health care so we worry about that instead of their crimes.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, we wouldn't actually need to reduce the military budget to get universal healthcare (not that I'm on board with killing innocent people, let alone wasting money to do so, I just want to point this out). The amount of money that goes into the profit margins of health insurance companies and manufacturers of overpriced drugs would be more than enough to cover healthcare for everyone in the US.

But then America would only be killing foreign poor ppl.... They need those steady 50-60k dead Americans, killed because they could not afford health insurance to keep the numbers death numbers up...

And if health insurance was not tied to having a job, Americans might start quieting jobs with unreasonable work loads. Or worse they might start demand they get payed a living wadge!!! Will you not think of the shareholders????

Remember the cornerstone of America is killing poor ppl for profit.

Somebody do the math. Cost to operate ship + payroll + VA benefits for associated crew + misc costs and at it to the videos numbers.

No because the sailors should be paid and not remove their benefits.

My bad. I didn't realize I said "don't pay service members"

You didn't but I wanted to make clear that those costs should be counted differently

Each missile is multiple student loans forgiven. But more dead brown people is more important than more educated Americans.

They should forgive the loans of people who paid them off first, let them buy houses with it, then give the old apartments to the people who havent paid them off yet so they can be rent free until they pay them back. Once paid, they can get the money back too. Contingent upon staying employed, we do have a labor shortage afterall

It’s also crazy considering the US has much lower taxes than a lot of the western world. Between the almost trillion dollars spent on military, the ridiculous money going to overinflated medical costs because of the insurance and pharmaceutical industries, and whatever corruption/misappropriated funds fly under the radar, imagine what the US could provide for its citizens with all that money…
